Understand the Nature and Possibilities of Being (Knowledge and Ideas.) It has been one of my objectives to contribute to the traditions of knowledge and transformation in all senses even though this is not the central goal of the Journey which concerns realization in its greatest scope

Realize the Feasible and Desirable Possibilities of Being in Knowledge and Transformation (Experiments in the Transformation of Being)

Application: I do not think of knowledge as a ‘pure’ activity that is separate from application. If knowledge is real it must have application. Despite the intensely abstract character of some of the conceptual developments, the occasion for these developments has been, in part, the needs or hopes for the journey. In turn, the developments have had implications for the possibilities and outcomes of the journey. That knowledge has application does not mean that all application is desirable and I have paid attention to this need. Since morals are not given but grow in nature, scope, and precision it is expected that the outcome will not be a mere justification of what we already believe… In addition to these very general kinds of application in which there is no clear distinction between application and knowledge, I also hope to use the ideas to more concrete ends. This process of ‘more concrete application’ has constantly informed and been informed by the more general process. One application, also described in some detail in ‘The Journey so far’ is to a variety of academic disciplines. Additionally, I have been engaged ‘practical’ endeavors. Two areas described in detail and for which I have made a number of preliminary studies investigations in the essays are ‘social action’ and ‘the construction of being’ which includes physical realization of conscious (living ) intelligence… continue: the achievements of the journey so far
