Coconut Balls in Capsicum Bowl This recipe is not original. I have lost the source Ingredients Grated coconut (fresh) one small katori 1 tbsp. diced capsicum, carrot, beans - each 3 green chillies, ginger (chopped) Sarso and curry leaves for seasoning Three big boiled potatoes Two table spoon of maida and one table spoon of corn flour mixed together Breadcrumbs Two slices of bread Cooking medium-any ground nut oil Six large capsicums. Method 1.Peel the potatoes and mash them. Heat oil . 2.Add seasoning sarso &curryleaves. Keep for ten seconds only . 3.Add chopped green chillies, capsicum ginger & beans. 4.Saute for two minutes and remove from gas. 5.Add salt and pepper. 6.Add bread slices made into balls. 7.Dip in the batter made with cornflour & maida. 8.Roll in breadcrumbs deep fry. The oil should be hot when rolls are put. 9.And then flame should be reduced to cook the rolls nicely. 10.Remove when golden. 11.Capsicum Bowls - cut the top portion of the capsicum to give the shape of a bowl. 12.Take out seed carefully. Apply butter with salt and keep in microwave oven or oven or burn on gas (carefully for some time so that it does not loose its tightness. 13.Remove and your cup is ready. Place one ball in each. 14.To decorate put on top two strings of cheese. 15.Serve with sauce and chutney
