Sequence of things to do—practical, now.

The #1 thing to do is practical and ideal—it is to find a place conducive to my aims. .It has to be a place in my ‘mnd’ but it could be also physical, geographical, and cultural.

1.      Determine sequence ® organize room

2.      FET; maintain awareness

6.      Cheap food and routine, minimize time, fast

7.      Exercise in morning – bike / walk – upper body
